    Code & Key Auto Locksmith provides the following services:

    • Emergency vehicle lockout assistance
    • Car key cutting and replacement
    • Transponder key programming
    • Vehicle lock repair and replacement
    • Ignition system services
    • Other automotive locksmith services as agreed

    3. Service Terms

    3.1 Availability

    Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard services are available during normal business hours as specified on our website.

    3.2 Response Times

    We aim to respond to emergency calls within 15-30 minutes. Response times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and demand. Quoted response times are estimates and not guarantees.

    3.3 Service Requirements

    • You must provide valid identification and proof of vehicle ownership
    • You must be present at the service location during the appointment
    • Safe and reasonable access to the vehicle must be provided
    • All information provided must be accurate and complete

    4. Pricing and Payment

    4.1 Pricing

    • All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
    • Emergency callout fees may apply for out-of-hours services
    • Additional charges may apply for specialist equipment or complex procedures
    • Travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area

    4.2 Payment Terms

    • Payment is due upon completion of services
    • We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers
    • A cancellation fee may apply if services are cancelled after dispatch
    • Prices may be subject to change without notice

    5. Warranties and Guarantees

    5.1 Service Warranty

    We warrant our workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

    5.2 Parts Warranty

    Replacement parts and keys are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

    6. Liability and Insurance

    6.1 Insurance Coverage

    We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Insurance certificates are available upon request.

    6.2 Limitation of Liability

    Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

    • Consequential or indirect losses
    • Loss of use of vehicle
    • Loss of profits or business
    • Pre-existing damage or defects
    • Damage caused by factors beyond our control

    7. Cancellation Policy

    • Services may be cancelled up to 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment
    • Emergency callouts cancelled after technician dispatch may incur a callout fee
    • We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of safety concerns or non-payment
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days where applicable

    8. Privacy and Data Protection

    Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation. We use your information solely for providing services and maintaining business records.

    9. Dispute Resolution

    9.1 Complaints Procedure

    If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days.

    9.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution

    If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may refer the matter to a relevant trade association or alternative dispute resolution service.

    10. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic conditions, acts of government, or other force majeure events.

    11. General Provisions

    • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
    • Any modifications must be agreed in writing
    • If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect
    • These Terms are governed by English law and subject to English court jurisdiction
